Once an advance payment has been made and the project, booking, consultation, or service has been confirmed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

3. Client-Initiated Cancellation

If the client chooses to discontinue, cancel, delay, or pause the project after payment:

  • The advance amount will not be refunded.

  • Any completed work or resources utilized will remain chargeable.

  • Aiorzen reserves the right to close or suspend the project permanently.

4. Project Delays by Client

Delays caused due to:

  • Lack of communication

  • Missing content or approvals

  • Failure to provide required information

  • Delayed responses

shall not be considered grounds for cancellation or refund.

5. Service Commitment

Aiorzen commits to making reasonable efforts to deliver agreed services professionally and within estimated timelines.

However, timelines may vary depending on project complexity, revisions, client cooperation, and third-party dependencies.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or cancellations may only be considered if Aiorzen completely fails to initiate or deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to our team.

Any such decision shall remain at the sole discretion of Aiorzen management.

7. Changes to Policy

Aiorzen reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
