Refunds may only be considered if Aiorzen completely fails to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to our team.

Refund eligibility, if any, remains subject to internal verification and approval.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, source code, AI systems, workflows, branding, designs, graphics, content, and digital assets created or provided by Aiorzen remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aiorzen unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Users may not:

  • Copy or reproduce proprietary systems

  • Reverse engineer software

  • Resell or redistribute services without written permission

  • Remove branding or ownership notices

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. AI and Automation Disclaimer

Aiorzen uses artificial intelligence and automation technologies which may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs.

Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content, documents, recommendations, or workflows before use.

Aiorzen shall not be held liable for decisions or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Estimated timelines are approximate and may vary depending on:

  • Third-party dependencies

Aiorzen shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control.

11. Termination of Services

Termination does not waive payment obligations already due.
